    Portfolio site goes live

    Shipped the two-tier content system — flagship case studies hand-written, Lab tier auto-synced from GitHub via a scheduled Action. Four case studies up: CrawlViz, the BODACC pipeline (NDA), Invoice Intake, and IR Lab. Chat widget UI is in but running on the static-FAQ fallback until I wire in an API key with a spend ceiling.

    BODACC pipeline: final compliance closure

    Traced all 161 spec requirements against the shipped system: 97.5% compliant, 4 documented deviations, 0 non-compliant. Also root-caused a stalled production run to per-record database commits — batching them turned a 977.5s run into 58s.
